Warranty & Returns Policy
If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with a purchase from us, simply return the merchandise, in its original condition and with freight prepaid, within 30 days of purchase for exchange, credit or refund. Restocking fees of 20% may apply to stock, drop-ship and metal orders. Custom-made, special-ordered and silk-screened items may not be returned. Contact Customer Service at 1-800-527-6011 before returning merchandise, to insure prompt and proper credit to your account. Returned merchandise must have a Return Authorization Number visible on the outside of the package.
Damages or Shortages
Loss or damage on freight must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Please save all of the original packing material. Once your merchandise leaves our shipping dock, it becomes the responsibility of the freight company to get your order to you timely and completely.
1. It is important that you fully inspect and count your cartons “before” you sign for them. If you have shortages, damages, or problems, you should note this on the delivery receipt. Also you should note if the shrink wrap is intact (or not). These two items are the two most important things you can do, to ensure that a replacement is made and a claim is filed.
2. If you have visible damage on any portion of your order, you should refuse those boxes that are damaged. Look for crushed corners, wetness, and punctures.
3. Sometimes the carrier will damage your package. If you notice that a box appears to be repackaged, ask your carrier to wait while you open it to check for shortage or damage. Refuse it if you find anything amiss.
